BalanceSensor Powerball® enables intelligent, digitally supported coordination and balance training for all performance levels and ages. The exercises are carried out on a large exercise ball (original Powerball® ABS® from TOGU) with an integrated motion sensor. This transmits the measurement data via Bluetooth 4.0 and the free app to the end devices (e.g. tablet or smartphone) and shows the results on the screen.The users train independently with BalanceSensor Powerball®. You are motivated without a trainer having to control and give instructions. The BalanceSensor app takes on the task of coaching and enables targeted coordination and stabilization training for the whole body. During the active-dynamic movements on the Powerball ABS®, the autochthonous, lower-lying muscles on the spine are activated. The practical training device and the app are easy to use and can be used anywhere, in the office, in the studio, at home or while traveling.
